snapshots of europe #3 – prague.

Prague is a very old city with lots of history and culture that you can’t find elsewhere in Europe. The city has a fascination with classical music and it was a city that Mozart took a particular fondness to. The town square is definitely worth a visit, as is Prague Castle which has an amazing view over the entire city. There is also a massive hill overlooking the entirety of greater Prague, I believe it’s called Petřín and it’s also worth visiting. It’s quite a trek up to the top but the views are amazing.

The city itself is divided up into the ‘new’ and the ‘old’. Sights such as Charles bridge should be familiar to those of you who have watched Mission Impossible 1.

Oh and also the Petřín Lookout Tower is a total ripoff of the Eiffel tower! 🙂
