Glencoe, Scotland

Glencoe, what a place. We took off from Glasgow at around 6:30 in the morning and got to the outskirts of Glencoe around 9am. The air was fresh, the mist enveloped the towering mountains that suurrounded us. It was around the outskirts of Glencoe that I spotted some adventure photographers out shooting glaciers amongst the lakes and mountains. As we pulled into Glencoe, the mist cleared and here is what we saw.

It was such an amazing place to be. We just walked and walked. I think we probably walked around 10-15km that day. There are some lovely small cafes around the area in Glencoe as well as in Ballachulish that you can stop and recharge at.

How blessed you are! Thank you so much for posting these. Scotland is at the top of my bucket list. Half of my Father’s side is from that area and I am a knitter which intesifies my desire even more.
